Amazon's Treasure Truck 

Skills: brand strategy (including prepping and running a workshop), brand guidelines and product, website, text message, POS, social assets and event marketing copywriting.

The challenge 

As the company had been through a lot of testing and frequent change, it was clear that they were finding it difficult to hone in on a focused and genuine identity for the brand here in the UK.

The brief 

To craft a new brand story for Amazon’s only UK physical touch-point Treasure Truck.

The solution 

A creative brand workshop with both the UK and US teams (led by myself) which looked to refine the brand’s identity, voice, and messaging. 

My role 

I crafted a new brand story and co-created a new set of brand guidelines with the creative lead and lead designer as a result.

As part of my day to day I would also perform a lot of copywriting tasks including product descriptions, copy for text messages, copy for event marketing collateral, social assets and truck POS.
